The Bedford 33-21235 is a direct replacement for the Graco XHD235 high pressure spray tip. Same 4-6" fan width and .035" orifice, designed to fit your existing Graco XHD tip guards without modification. Rated to 7250 PSI (500 bar).

The .035" orifice is best suited for very heavy materials, block filler, elastomerics, and thick coatings, and the 4-6" fan width suits trim, narrow surfaces, and tight areas. Match the tip to both your coating and the surface — an orifice too large floods the work, one too small starves the fan and leaves tails at the edges.
