Pump Repair Kit FAQ
How do I find the right pump repair kit for my sprayer?
Three ways: pick your brand above and follow its route, search this site for the OEM kit number printed in your sprayer's manual, or use the Custom Lookup Tool. Every Bedford product page lists the exact sprayer models the kit services.
What's the difference between a packing kit and a rebuild kit?
A packing kit contains the throat and piston packings and seals — the parts that wear in normal service — and handles a routine repack. A rebuild kit goes further, adding the additional wear components for a fuller pump overhaul. Where both exist for a model (like the Titan Epic 440 E family above), start with the packing kit for pressure loss and leaks, and choose the rebuild kit for a pump that's been run hard or sat for years.
Are these genuine OEM kits?
No — Bedford kits are compatible replacements, not genuine Graco, Titan, or Wagner parts. Each kit is manufactured to fit the same pumps the corresponding OEM kit services, at a significantly lower price.
My pump says Speeflo — do Titan kits fit?
Often, yes. Titan acquired Speeflo, and many pumps carried both names — a PowrTwin 5500 appears in both Speeflo and Titan catalogs, and the same Bedford kit services both. Check the Compatible Equipment list on the product page, which shows both brand names where they apply.
