The Bedford 18-1611 is a compatible replacement for Graco parts 160678 and 160-678 — the displacement tube guide used in Graco spray equipment. This guide keeps the reciprocating displacement tube tracking dead-center in its bore, giving the moving part a renewable wear surface so side-load rubs the guide instead of the cylinder and packings around it.

Common reasons for replacement:

  • Scoring visible on the guide surface at teardown
  • Renewed during a fluid-section rebuild
  • Play or knock developing as guide clearance opens up
  • Accelerated packing wear from a rod running off-center
