The Bedford 61-4553 is a two-finger trigger for the BP3600 contractor spray gun. Triggers are a high-wear component on production spray guns, subject to repeated stress from daily use on commercial painting jobs. When the trigger mechanism becomes stiff, binds during actuation, or shows visible wear at the pivot points, a fresh trigger restores normal spray control and reduces operator fatigue over long spraying sessions.

Common reasons this trigger is replaced:

  • Stiff or binding trigger action that reduces spray control precision
  • Physical damage from drops or rough jobsite handling
  • Pivot wear causing inconsistent cutoff or erratic spray start
