The Bedford 9-140 is a compatible replacement for Graco parts 105444 and 105-444, a ball for Graco spray equipment. This ball is the moving element of a check valve in the pump's fluid section: on each stroke it lifts off its seat to let coating through, then reseats to hold pressure. Compatible with Graco 14:1 Monark, Graco 15:1 Monark, Graco 190 Classic, Graco 190 ES (st-style), Graco 190 ES (stPro-style), Graco 190 ES Plus and other compatible equipment.

Common reasons for replacement:

  • Replaced together with its seat during a fluid-section rebuild
  • Sprayer loses prime or pressure as the ball wears out-of-round
  • Fluid backflow from a ball that no longer seats cleanly
  • Pitting or scoring from abrasive coatings
