The Bedford 5-106 is a compatible replacement for Graco parts 162989 and 162-989 — the gasket used in Graco spray equipment. This gasket makes the static seal between two machined faces, conforming to both surfaces so fluid stays inside the joint under pressure and vibration. Compatible with Graco 1:1 Fast-Ball and Standard Air Motor.

Common reasons for replacement:

  • Gasket crushed, torn, or hardened at teardown
  • Joint faces that no longer seal after re-torquing
  • Renewed every time the joint is opened — used gaskets do not reseal
  • Seepage at the joint after temperature and pressure cycling
