The Bedford 9-2120 is a compatible replacement for Titan part 761-145, a lower ball for Titan spray equipment. This ball is the moving element of a check valve in the pump's fluid section: on each stroke it lifts off its seat to let coating through, then reseats to hold pressure. Compatible with Titan 3212 G, Titan 3312 GXC, Titan Elite E-20, Titan Elite G-55, Titan Epic 1200 GXC, Titan Epic 1200 HPG and other compatible equipment.

Common reasons for replacement:

  • Pitting or scoring from abrasive coatings
  • Replaced together with its seat during a fluid-section rebuild
  • Sprayer loses prime or pressure as the ball wears out-of-round
  • Fluid backflow from a ball that no longer seats cleanly
