The Bedford 23-2588 is a compatible replacement for Titan/Speeflo part 930-020, a spring for Titan spray equipment. This spring keeps its valve components loaded against their seats, so the valve closes crisply on every cycle instead of drifting or chattering. Spring steel fatigues gradually — tension loss shows up as inconsistent operation long before the spring visibly fails.
