The Bedford 20-5118 is a compatible replacement for the WIWA 0658879 fluid pump repair/packing kit. It brings together the parts needed to repack the fluid section in one kit: the 20-5123 cuff set and the 20-5124 female gland packing ring set, both built from alternating black PTFE and leather rings, plus the 20-5117 sealing kit.

Packings wear with every stroke, and faster with abrasive or high-solids coatings. Replacing the full set at one time restores sealing across the fluid section instead of chasing leaks one component at a time.

Common reasons for replacement:

  • Coating leaking past the packings or weeping into the wet cup
  • Pump cycling with the gun closed instead of holding pressure
  • Spray pressure dropping off under load
  • Scheduled fluid section rebuild

Each component is also sold separately: 20-5123 cuff set, 20-5124 packing ring set and 20-5117 sealing kit.

Manufactured to OEM-equivalent dimensions for proper fit and performance. Compatible WIWA equipment models are listed in the Compatible Equipment section below, where available.
