The Bedford 20-1469 is a direct-fit replacement pump repair kit for the 1:1 Metric Fast-Flo (Teflon) proportioning pump, engineered for contractors and technicians who rely on precision fluid metering in dual-component spray applications.

The 1:1 Metric Fast-Flo operates in high-volume coating environments where balanced ratios between two materials are critical—such as polyurea, polyurethane, epoxy, and adhesive spraying. This kit supplies the internal wear components necessary to restore pump performance when seals, packings, and check assemblies begin to degrade under pressure cycling and chemical exposure.

Common reasons for replacement:

  • Material leakage at the pump gland or rod seal area, indicating packing wear in the proportioning rod assembly
