The Bedford 55-2357 is a compatible replacement for DeVilbiss part MBD-12-K25 — the springs used in DeVilbiss spray equipment. This spring keeps its valve components loaded against their seats, so the valve closes crisply on every cycle instead of drifting or chattering. Spring steel fatigues gradually — tension loss shows up as inconsistent operation long before the spring visibly fails. Sold as a 25-pack, so spares stay in the service kit. Compatible with DeVilbiss MBC Spray Gun and Binks MBC Spray Gun.
