The Bedford 42-4139 is a compatible replacement for Graco parts 15J566 and 15J-566 — the ring; wear used in Graco spray equipment. A wear ring centers the piston in its cylinder and absorbs side-load rubbing, sacrificing itself so the piston and cylinder wall do not score. Compatible with Graco T2 2:1 Transfer Pump and T3 3:1 Transfer Pump.

Common reasons for replacement:

  • Pressure loss from a piston running off-center
  • Visible scoring or thinning of the ring at teardown
  • Renewed during every piston service
  • Piston contacting the cylinder wall as the ring wears through
