The Bedford 43-829 is a compatible replacement for Graco parts 170-708 and 170708, a poppet for Graco spray equipment. A poppet is the small moving valve element that lifts off its seat to let fluid or air pass, then reseats to shut flow off cleanly; once its sealing face wears, the valve can no longer close positively.
