The Bedford 18-1285 is a compatible replacement for Graco parts 176757 and 176-757, a female gland for Graco spray equipment. The female gland is the cupped ring that seats one end of the V-packing stack in the pump's fluid section; paired with its male counterpart it keeps the packings compressed so they seal around the piston rod under pressure. Compatible with Graco 190 Classic, 190ES Plus, 230 PC RentalPro, 290 Classic, 290ES Plus, 390 and other Graco equipment.

Common reasons for replacement:

  • Pressure drop from a packing stack that no longer seats squarely
  • Grooving or corrosion on the gland face after long service
  • Renewed along with new packings during a pump repack
  • Fluid leaking past the packings even after tightening
