The Bedford 9-1818 is a compatible replacement for Airlessco 115-017 and Graco 867044 — the ball used in Graco spray equipment. This ball is the moving element of a check valve in the pump's fluid section: on each stroke it lifts off its seat to let coating through, then reseats to hold pressure. Compatible with Airlessco 3100, 3100 GD, 3100 GS, 3100 GS-5, 3100 GSC, 3200 and other Airlessco equipment.

Common reasons for replacement:

  • Sprayer loses prime or pressure as the ball wears out-of-round
  • Fluid backflow from a ball that no longer seats cleanly
  • Pitting or scoring from abrasive coatings
  • Replaced together with its seat during a fluid-section rebuild
