The Bedford 9-876 is a compatible replacement for Speeflo part 314-180, a ball for Speeflo spray equipment. This ball is the moving element of a check valve in the pump's fluid section: on each stroke it lifts off its seat to let coating through, then reseats to hold pressure. Compatible with Speeflo Admiral 30:1, Speeflo Admiral 40:1, Speeflo Big 440, Speeflo Boss, Speeflo Commander 20:1, Speeflo Commander 30:1 and other compatible equipment.

Common reasons for replacement:

  • Sprayer loses prime or pressure as the ball wears out-of-round
  • Fluid backflow from a ball that no longer seats cleanly
  • Pitting or scoring from abrasive coatings
  • Replaced together with its seat during a fluid-section rebuild
