The Bedford 9-1697 is a compatible replacement for Titan/Speeflo part 211-129 — the ball used in Titan spray equipment. This ball is the moving element of a check valve in the pump's fluid section: on each stroke it lifts off its seat to let coating through, then reseats to hold pressure. Compatible with Titan Hydra X, Titan PowrCoat 1045, Titan PowrCoat 1064, Titan Ranger 3:1, and Speeflo Ranger 3:1.

Common reasons for replacement:

  • Replaced together with its seat during a fluid-section rebuild
  • Sprayer loses prime or pressure as the ball wears out-of-round
  • Fluid backflow from a ball that no longer seats cleanly
  • Pitting or scoring from abrasive coatings
