The Bedford 16-4092 is a compatible replacement for Titan part 441-249, a tube seal piston for Titan spray equipment. This seal contains working pressure at a joint where a static face seal is not enough, sealing against a machined surface every cycle.

Common reasons for replacement:

  • Pressure loss that tightening does not cure
  • Renewed whenever the assembly is opened for service
  • Fluid weeping past the seal under pressure
  • Hardened or nicked sealing lips found at teardown
