The Bedford 9-652 is a compatible replacement for Titan/Speeflo 569-016 and Wagner 5005170 — the ball used in Titan spray equipment. This ball is the moving element of a check valve in the pump's fluid section: on each stroke it lifts off its seat to let coating through, then reseats to hold pressure. Compatible with Titan 35:1 SlimLine, Titan Ensign 35:1, Speeflo 35:1 SlimLine, and Speeflo Ensign 35:1.

Common reasons for replacement:

  • Pitting or scoring from abrasive coatings
  • Replaced together with its seat during a fluid-section rebuild
  • Sprayer loses prime or pressure as the ball wears out-of-round
  • Fluid backflow from a ball that no longer seats cleanly
