The Bedford 9-654 is a compatible replacement for Titan/Speeflo 569-021 and Wagner 555479, a ball for Titan spray equipment. This ball is the moving element of a check valve in the pump's fluid section: on each stroke it lifts off its seat to let coating through, then reseats to hold pressure. Compatible with Titan 35:1 SlimLine, Titan Ensign 35:1, Titan PowrBeast 4700, Titan PowrLiner 4000, Titan PowrLiner 4900, Titan PowrLiner 5000 and other compatible equipment.

Common reasons for replacement:

  • Pitting or scoring from abrasive coatings
  • Replaced together with its seat during a fluid-section rebuild
  • Sprayer loses prime or pressure as the ball wears out-of-round
  • Fluid backflow from a ball that no longer seats cleanly
