Common airless sprayer repair parts, explained
Most of what fails inside an airless pump is one of a handful of small wear parts. Here is what each family does and the signs it is due for replacement. Every product page lists the exact models the part fits — confirm yours before ordering.

Individual Repair Parts FAQ
Should I buy an individual part or a repair kit?
Buy the individual part when you know exactly what failed — a single check ball, one gland, a lost filter spring. Choose a repair kit when you're doing a full repack or rebuild: kits bundle the packings, seals, and wear parts that go together and usually cost less than sourcing each piece separately.
Are these genuine OEM parts?
No — Bedford parts are compatible replacements, not genuine Graco, Titan, Wagner, or other OEM parts. Each is manufactured to OEM-equivalent dimensions so it fits and performs like the part it replaces, at a lower price.
How are these parts sold — each, or by the pack?
Most are sold individually, so you can order the exact quantity a repair needs. Where a part is offered in a multi-pack, the pack size is stated in the product title and page.
How do I know a part fits my sprayer?

What's the difference between a carbide, ceramic, and stainless ball?
All three seal the same way; the material sets the durability. Stainless resists corrosion from waterborne coatings; carbide takes constant seating impact and abrasive materials far longer than steel; ceramic shrugs off both corrosion and abrasion and is a common upgrade for aggressive coatings. Match the ball to how hard you run the pump and what you spray.
